| A confirmation slip with reference number will be issued upon receipt of the payment. If you cannot receive the mentioned slip within two weeks after payment, please contact us. You are strongly advised to note down the reference number for any subsequent inquiries or follow up. | |

If a participant wishes to cancel the registration, written notice must be received by the organizing committee (see the contact information) on or before September 31, 2006 , and a handling fee of USD60 will be charged. For cancellation notice received in the month of October, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. It will not be possible to offer any refund on cancellation for notice received on or after November 1, 2006 . |
