Research Interests |
|
Bioorganic, biophysical chemistry, and chemical biology
Research interest in our laboratory lies at the interface of chemistry and biology. Current research focuses on answering the following questions:
1. How neuroactive oligopeptides perturb and modulate the neurological function of glial cells,
2. How cells (for example, cancer cells or neurons) interact with and respond to the extracellular matrix through carbohydrate-carbohydrate interaction, or carbohydrate-protein interaction. |
