Questionnaire for Course Review of Department of Chemistry

We are conducting a Course Review for Chemistry programme of our university. It aims to collect opinions and views on the programme from CUHK graduates and their immediate supervisors. The results are valuable for our course development. Information obtained will be treated as confidential. The data will be analysed and presented in aggregated form. Alumnae and alumni are cordially invited to participate in this review exercise. We would appreciate very much for your participation.
