    Cheng Hau-man and Lin Qi-xian have won the Best Oral Presentation Award and the Best Poster Award in Organic Chemistry, respectively, at
    the 15th Symposium on Chemistry Postgraduate Research in Hong Kong

    1) The Best Oral Presentation Award
      Miss Cheng Hau-man
    (supervisor: Prof. Tony K.M. Shing)
      Title : "A novel synthesis of pseudo-acarviosin and its potential as a new class of anti-diabetic agents."

    2) The Best Poster Award in Organic Chemistry
      Mr Qi-Xian Lin of Shanghai-Hong Kong Joint Laboratory in Chemical Synthesis
    (co-supervised by Prof. Henry N.C. Wong and Professor Tse-Lok Ho of National Jiaotong University, Hsinchu, Taiwan.)
      Title : "Total synthesis of (กำ)-tacamonine employing symmetry approach".
